1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry. When you send us a message through a form on this site, we receive the details you type in: your name, company name, country or market, phone number, destination port, the vehicles and quantity you are interested in, and your message.

When you submit a form we also record your IP address and browser type. We use these only to block spam and automated submissions, not to identify you or to build a profile.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and send us documents, we use them only to prepare your quotation and the export paperwork.

We do not ask you to create an account on this site, and we never ask for payment or card details through it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange inspection, shipping and export documents if you order, and keep normal business records. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Your enquiry is seen by our own export and sales staff. We may also share it with service providers who help us run the business, such as our hosting provider and our email service, and only as far as they need it to do that work. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

If you click a WhatsApp link on this site you leave our website. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your use of it is covered by Meta's own privacy policy, not this one.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, normally up to 24 months. If you become a customer, we keep the transaction records for as long as tax and export law requires. After that we delete them.

5. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us using the details in section 8 and we will act on your request, normally within 30 days.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you send us, and access to it is limited to the staff who need it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

This website is meant for business customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
